TradeHub never holds your funds. Live automation connects to your own exchange account via API keys with trade-only permissions — we cannot withdraw or transfer your assets. Your funds stay on your exchange at all times.
Live automation currently supports Bitunix Futures (USDT perpetuals). Paper testing and backtesting cover all major USDT perp pairs sourced from multiple data providers. Additional exchange integrations are on the roadmap.

Once you're on a Pro plan, go to your account settings inside the portal and click Connect Exchange. You'll be prompted to enter your Bitunix API Key and Secret. These are created inside your Bitunix account under API Management — generate a new key, copy both values, and paste them in. The connection is verified instantly.
You only need to enable Futures Trading (read + trade). Never enable withdrawals. TradeHub only needs permission to open and close positions — it cannot move funds off your exchange. We also strongly recommend restricting the API key to a specific IP address for extra security.
Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored and are never exposed in plain text. We use Fernet encryption and never log key values. As an extra precaution, always create a dedicated API key just for TradeHub — never share a key that also has withdrawal access.
You can disconnect your exchange at any time from your account settings — this immediately stops all live automation. To rotate keys, delete the existing key on Bitunix, generate a new one, and update it in your TradeHub settings. All running strategies will pause until the new key is saved.
TradeHub only manages positions it opens itself. Manual trades you place directly on the exchange are untouched. However, we recommend keeping TradeHub strategies on a sub-account or with a separate allocation so your manual trading and automated strategies don't conflict.
